Project Details
A five-acre boutique lagoon villa community in Sammedu, near Coimbatore, envisioned as an exclusive, nature-led residential address for discerning buyers who seek privacy, spiritual proximity, and understated luxury. Planned around a central lagoon, the master plan brings together villas, boutique apartments, a quiet clubhouse, curated landscape, areca-inspired plantation zones and two signature estate villas on larger plots.
Designed in Maysons language, the project draws from Coimbatore’s traditional spatial memory — courts, shaded thresholds, verandahs, garden edges and inward privacy — and reinterprets them through clean contemporary volumes and refined materiality. Each home is imagined as a sequence of experiences rather than a standalone object, with one court opening to the street and another opening toward the lagoon to hold a pool, deck or private outdoor lounge.
The central lagoon becomes the heart of the community — a calm, reflective spine that gives every home a relationship with water, landscape and stillness. Natural edges, planted buffers, walking loops and pause points are shaped to make daily life feel like living inside a private retreat rather than a conventional gated layout.
The villas, signature estates, clubhouse and boutique apartments are all held within one quiet, coherent language: climate-responsive planning, courtyards, shaded verandahs, natural materials and a restrained luxury tone. Together, they create a confidential Coimbatore address where lagoon-led living, spiritual proximity and contemporary comfort come together in a composed, invitation-only setting.
